Quality of life features

In this update I added some necessary quality of life features relating to layers, colours, and sprites. You can now apply colours (including alpha) to whole layers. This multiplies with the colour and alpha of the individual shapes so nothing is overridden. Also, changing the sprite, colour, and alpha now sets the default for future shapes to be created as well instead of just editing the selected shape.
